Preventative Health Care

From initial exams for new puppies and kittens to comprehensive check-ups for senior pets, our dedicated doctors and staff will create a personalized plan to ensure your pet's health and well-being throughout every life stage. Annual physical exams play a crucial role in detecting health issues early and preventing future complications. During your pet's visit, we will discuss essential topics such as nutrition, intestinal parasites, heartworm disease, and flea and tick control, along with addressing any additional questions or concerns you may have.

Vaccinations are vital for preventing diseases and maintaining your pet's overall health. For puppies and kittens, vaccinations are administered in a series and then continued annually. Our team will work with you to develop a vaccination schedule tailored to your pet's lifestyle.

We also provide microchipping services, which offer a permanent form of identification for your pet. This unique identification number ensures that lost pets can be reunited with their owners.

If you're planning to travel with your pet, health certificates are often required. We can issue these certificates and answer any questions you might have to ensure your travels are smooth and stress-free!

When Pets Aren't Feeing Well

We recognize the worry that comes when your pet is unwell, and we are committed to arranging an appointment at the earliest opportunity. Since pets can't communicate their feelings, diagnostic procedures are frequently essential to identify the issue. We provide in-house blood testing and digital x-rays, among other diagnostic services. Additionally, laboratory samples may be forwarded to our diagnostic lab when necessary. Our veterinarians will take the time to discuss various options, and together we will develop a plan that prioritizes the well-being of both you and your pet.

Valley Veterinarians provides an extensive range of surgical services for your beloved pets, such as soft tissue surgeries, spaying and neutering, routine dental cleanings, and more. Our dedicated team of doctors and staff recognizes the worries you might have about your pet's surgery. We offer various pre-operative diagnostics to assess your pet before the surgery and will support you throughout your pet's recovery journey.
